*Relay point delivery: 72 working hours
*Home delivery: 48 working hours

Your package has been damaged ?
You can request a full refund for your order. We will ask you for a photo to validate your refund. The return will be at our expense.
Your dog does not adopt kibbles ?
Do not panic ! We know this can happen because every dog is unique. If this is your first complete feed order, we undertake to reimburse you for the amount of the packages upon receipt of your package*.* If you have paid shipping costs, they will remain your responsibility. However, we bear the cost of returns. The "satisfied or refunded" policy is only valid on croquettes.
What is the return procedure ?
1 : Contact us by email using the form below
2 : Specify your order number and the reason for your return
3 : After studying your request, we will send you a shipping label so that you can return the package to us free of charge.
4. Once we have received your package, we will refund you to the card used for the purchase. The refund is made within 10 days of receipt of the package.
